Fit in the City.
The concept of “Fit in the City” is for those of you who wish to have the intense training of the 3 day Devon boot camp but would rather do it based from your own home in the week rather than over a long wkend! You will need to buy a list of food’s which Gina will advise you on before hand, then she will prepare the meals each day for you. Price £600.00
Schedule as follow -
Day 1
9am 40min Run/walk
Breakfast
Resistance toning with weights and floor/pilates workout
Light lunch
7/8 mile walk (Richmond park or other)
Colon and foot massage 1hr
Gina prepares your dinner and leave’s by 5.00pm

Day 2
Same as above but with a full body massage instead of colon massage

Day 3
Same as day 2. |
