Steve Haddleton

Steve Haddleton has been in the fitness industry for 10 years. After studying Sport Science and Biology BSc at St Mary's in Twickenham he qualified at a leading health clubs academy and went on to specialise in weight loss and pre- and post-pregnancy fitness. He also qualified in spinning, body pump and NLP coaching.

During his time as a trainer he has worked closely with a multitude of clients from leading business professionals to young children, educating them on necessary steps to living a healthy and full life and giving his clients the confidence to achieve their goals. Since playing rugby at professional level he has moved on to competing in his first Iron Man contest in France and is a regular marathon runner and cyclist.

Says Steve: “I always try to empower my clients by listening to their goals and keeping them on a positive journey until they get there with as many laughs as possible along the way.”

Kat is a qualified personal trainer who moved from Czech Republic to the USA before settling in London in 2002.
