Sabrina has a degree in Sports Science and specialises in Pilates with over ten years teaching experience gained in Brazil, UAE and England.
She has worked with a diverse range of clients, with particular focus on core strength, abdominal conditioning, postural correction and full body toning. Each session she teaches is full of enthusiasm with an approach to training that is highly energised and tailored to the needs of her client.
Sabrina has just returned from Abu Dhabi, where she taught Matwork and Reformer Pilates classes in various prestigious Fitness clubs.
Matt Field
A former national athlete, Matt has worked within the fitness industry for over a decade and is one of London¹s most sought after trainers.
Matt has worked with high profile clients from the worlds of sport, business, fashion and entertainment and is responsible for many of the bodies you see when you open your magazines.
Highly respected within his field, he is a regular contributor to fitness magazines, national press and television.
Matt is a published research scientist holding degrees in Sport Science and Biology and a Masters degree in Exercise Science from the University of Bristol. His groundbreaking research has been featured throughout the world's press and has been presented at the highly prestigious ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) and BASES (British Association of Sport & Exercise Scientists) Conferences.

Esther Dalmau
Esther is originally from Barcelona. She is a qualified Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist.

Her focused sessions blend cardiovascular work with strength building, toning and core stability, all at a pace and ratio to suit each individual.

Niko Algieri
Niko is a London based qualified personal trainer (REPs level 3) and specialises in building a balanced and lean physique. He is a former semi-professional footballer, Men’s Health Cover model finalist and 1st dan black belt in kickboxing.
He combines this experience in sport, and the fitness industry to deliver personalised and highly effective fitness programmes.
Having also worked in the media industry for 3 years he promotes the need to balance work with a healthy active lifestyle.
